Pesati Giveaway – Official Rules & Terms
Welcome to the Pesati Giveaway! We’re excited to offer you the chance to win exclusive vouchers and prizes. Please read the following rules carefully to ensure eligibility and understanding of the giveaway.
- Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of countries where Pesati delivers products (United States). Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Pesati LLC, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization besides confirmed Pesati Ambassadors, are not eligible to participate.
- Sponsorship
This giveaway is sponsored by Pesati LLC. Instagram and other social media platforms are not involved in or affiliated with this giveaway.
- Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Pesati LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with the rules.
- Entry Period
The giveaway begins on September 18, 2024, at 12:00 AM (GMT) and ends on October 8, 2024, at 11:59 PM (GMT). All entries must be received before the closing date and time.
- How to Enter
To participate, you must:
- Follow @Pesati.official on Instagram.
- Tag 2 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
- You can enter up to 5 times by tagging additional friends (each comment counts as a separate entry).
- Bonus: Share the giveaway post in your Instagram story and tag @Pesati.official for an extra entry.
Failure to follow these steps will result in an invalid entry.
- Prizes
There will be three winners:
- 1st Prize: $100 voucher + free shipping on your next order.
- 2nd Prize: $50 voucher (minimum purchase of $75 required).
- 3rd Prize: $30 voucher (minimum purchase of $60 required).
The vouchers can only be redeemed on the Pesati website, www.pesati.com. Shipping is free for the 1st prize. Orders over $50 (after discount) also get free shipping as per our Shipping Policy.
- Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. More entries increase your chances of winning.
- Selection and Notification of the Winner
Winners will be selected randomly using a random draw tool on October 9, 2024. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and must respond within 48 hours. If a winner does not claim the prize within this time, an alternate winner will be selected.
Pesati LLC will make up to three attempts to contact each winner. Failure to respond will result in disqualification.
- Rights Granted by the Entrant
By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that Pesati, LLC has the right to use their Instagram handle, name, and any content related to the giveaway for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Terms & Conditions
Pesati, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in case of unforeseen circumstances or any technical failures. In the event of any changes, participants will be notified via the official Pesati Instagram page.
Pesati is not responsible for entries that are incomplete, delayed, or lost due to technical failures, human error, or any other reason outside the company’s control.
- Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pesati, LLC and its employees from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway, acceptance of any prize, or use of any product awarded.
- Disputes
In the event of any dispute regarding the giveaway, the participants agree that the matter will be governed by the laws of Portugal and handled exclusively in the courts of Lisbon.
- Privacy Policy
Pesati, LLC will only collect personal information from participants for the purpose of contacting and delivering prizes to winners. We value your privacy and will not share or sell your data to third parties. For more details, please review our full Privacy Policy here.
- Winners List
The winners will be announced on our Instagram page @pesati.official by October 15, 2024.
